The website and our services
OcularAI provides AI-assisted video monitoring technology and related services to business customers. This website is an informational and lead-generation site: it describes our offering, lets you request a demonstration, and lets you contact us. The website itself does not provide monitoring services, and using the website does not create a monitoring or security relationship. Those services are provided only under a separate written agreement.
Customer agreements control
Any actual provision of hardware, installation, monitoring, or response services is governed by the separate signed agreement between OcularAI (or its contracting entity) and the customer. Nothing on this website, and nothing in these Terms, modifies, replaces, or adds to that agreement. If anything on the website conflicts with a signed customer agreement, the signed agreement controls for the services it covers.
Eligibility and accounts
The website is intended for business users who are at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If we provide you with login credentials or an account for a portal or demo, you are responsible for keeping them confidential, for all activity under them, and for notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use. Service levels, if any, are set only by a signed customer agreement.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the website for your own legitimate business evaluation. Any customer agreement’s own governing-law and dispute terms control for the services it covers.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new date, and your continued use of the website after changes take effect means you accept them. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice where required.
